Reduction in the Rate of Future Benefit Accruals (Jan. 1, 2004)

The Board of Trustees of the American Federation of Musicians and Employers' Pension Fund recently adopted new procedures in cases where Collective Bargaining Agreements are modified in a manner that affects the rate at which Participants earn or "accrue" future benefits under the Fund.  These procedures are described in further detail in this notice.
