National Contracts
Employment under a National Contract that provides for pension contibutions to The AFM-EPF obligates the Employer to contribute to the AFM-EPF for all the individuals performing on the engagement or session. See AFM.org for copies of National Contracts.

Collective Bargaining Agreement ("CBA")
A CBA that provides for pension contributions to the AFM-EPF obligates the Employer to contribute to the AFM-EPF for all the individuals performing on the engagement or session.

Employer Participation Agreement ("PA")
A PA is a contract between an Employer and the AFM or an AFM Local when a CBA may or may not exist. If a CBA exists, a PA must be attached to the CBA or the terms of the PA must be incorporated into the text of the CBA. Click here for a copy of an Employer Participation Agreement.

Addendum to the Participation Agreement or Collective Bargaining Agreement for Limited Liability Companies
Limited Liability Companies that wish to participate must complete the following form and submit it as an addendum to the CBA or PA. Click here for a copy of the Addendum.

Local Single Engagements - AFM Form LS-1
The LS-1 became effective January 1, 2003. This form includes the required contractual elements included in the Participation Agreement. Click here for more information.
